Sales & Marketing
The main thrust of this position is to add drive and enthusiasm to the sales and marketing team and create an enduring pro-active culture for success and improvement. Driving closer relationships with our customers with an attitude to offering solutions to meet and exceed their expectations.

Primary responsibilities
1. Telesales
2. Web site management
3. Newsletters by e-notices, flyers

1. Management of web marketing, with periodical updates to web-site, news articles.
2. Manage LinkedIn exposure for the Company, including regular update links to web site, news articles, flow of information through our LinkedIn followers etc.
3. Other ‘virtual’ market exposure.
4. Participate in ‘trends’ in sales and customer changes with Managers. This may include constructing some KPI’s or similar monitors.
5. Investigate projects such as exhibitions.

1. Responding to incoming calls and email enquiries and re-routing to technical heads if appropriate. And follow-up quotations.
2. Detailed quotations to tenders and email enquiries.
3. Set up new client details on the laboratory information management system / with credit applications as necessary.
4. Laboratory information management system client data management.
5. Monitor Key Client activity through the laboratory information management system sales achievements.
6. Support Sales Manager and Laboratory Manager

The role can be extended, in discussions with the team, into directions which may become evidently beneficial from time to time.

This position will operate from the Sales office with both Sales Manager and Laboratory Manager, thus giving the office the best atmosphere of commercialism.

The role would best suit a confident, outgoing, enthusiastic person with excellent communication and IT skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours:   09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

Salary:   Dependent on experience.
