Again, Thank You for your hard work and dedication. We look forward to your ongoing contributions and a continued bright and successful future together.

Check out our questions to Andy below to find out more about his career and life outside of work.

  • Andy, what is your role at ACS?

My role at ACS Testing is the Customer Relationship Manager.

  • What do you do?

I am typically responsible for customer relationships after the sale or service process is complete, i then continue to work with our customers to keep them up to date on products and services to maintain that relationship and ensure the best service is provided.

Many of our customers are very long standing and have a high expectation of quality from our service. They have continued to use ACS for many years during which time we have created very good relationships.

  • What is your best memory from ACS so far?

This isn’t my best individual memory, but I am most satisfied with the way ACS has grown to be a key player in the Construction materials testing industry. When I started with the company, we had 6 employees and we currently have 76. To grow on that scale over a relatively short time needs good management structure, provide Quality service and to have a dedicated team to execute the works. All of which we are here at ACS.

  • When you’re not at work, what do you get up to?

When I am not at work, I am spending time with my family. They are also key to the success of any business because I strongly believe that everyone needs a well – balanced work / home life and the support of their loved ones.

My weekends are spent living out my life through my 15-year-old son with either Football, Rugby matches or training.

  • What are you most proud of (career, personal, go for broke)?

Easy – Happily Married for 25 years and 3 amazing children.

Being with ACS for 25 years.
